Vintage Hermes Birkin 35 Rouge Vif Buffalo and Crinoline Gold Hardware

This rare vintage Birkin is in Rouge Vif buffalo leather and Crinoline canvas with gold hardware, tonal stitching, front flap with two straps, front toggle closure, clochette with lock and two keys, double rolled handles.

Crinoline is a unique fabric made of woven horse hair and hemp, creating a striated design.

The interior is lined with Rouge Vif buffalo leather and toile canvas and has two interior floating pockets.

Condition: Vintage; Excellent - This bag is relaxed in shape. There's no plastic on hardware. Moderate scratches to the hardware with some tarnishing present and minor plating loss to the fee. The pull straps are a little stretched out. The exterior leather has wear around the corners, some darkening to handles and clochette, wear and some staining to the crinoline fabric on the bottom and back of the bag. There are some loose fibers to the crinoline fabric around the side edges. The top handle edges have some minor splitting present. Interior leather shows signs of wear and minor staining to interior fabric.
